Industry Education & Training

The TIME Center and its partner colleges offer credit and non-credit training courses designed to improve the skills of the current and future technical workforce. These courses can be customized and delivered to meet specific business needs, and the Center partners with Maryland businesses and manufacturing associations to ensure that all training is aligned with emerging trends.

Partners include the Regional Manufacturing Institute (RMI) (lead), the Maryland World Class Consortium, and the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education.

New Programs/Courses

CCBC offers new Electrical/Electronic Engineering Option

A new option has been added to the CCBC Engineering
Technology AAS degree:  Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 
Courses cover electronic communication equipment, vehicle
navigation, security systems, electric utility equipment and computers.

New manufacturing certificates for CCBC


The Maryland Higher Education Commission has approved
four (4) new certificates for the Community College of Baltimore County:
   Manual Machinist Certificate
   CNC Machinist Certificate
   CNC Programmer Certificate
   Quality Assurance Certificate
